Last Tuesday we spoke with Dua Lipa, Queen Victoria, Millie Bobby Brown and Emma Watson about their lives on Whatsapp. The reason why we talked to them was Women's Day, which will be next Monday, 8th March. Last week, students in 2º ESO wrote a story. They put into practice several writing tips that we've been learning in class. This is Carla's: One day, a girl named Cristina was walking along a path that led to a forest. While she was walking she heard a noise... as if something fell to the ground. She looked down and found a squirrel who left her a note in which she said " If you do not find the treasure in two days you will become the animal you hate the most ”. Cristina was surprised, she saw that there were some words on the other side of the paper and the words were "this map cannot be seen unless you guess this riddle: in summer there is little and in winter there is much." Cristina did not know the answer but she went home thinking it was a joke, but two days later she was in her living room watching TV and a light appeared suddenly and she noticed a chill. She got up and turned into a snake. The paper didn't have the solution which was that whoever gues...

Hello! Today, we have created a time capsule. Wait... do you know what a time capsule is? You need a box and place some objects inside it. Then you have to bury it with a letter. Our big hope is that people in the year 2221 will find it and learn a lot of things about us. For that reason, we have chosen objects that represent our time and our lifestyle. Here is the list of them: - The books of Harry Potter - A ball - A face mask - Hydroalcoholic gel - The book Boulevard - A Tik Tok icon - An octopus - Coca Cola - A sweater - A photo of a kiwi (the bird, not the fruit) and a polar bear  - A world map - We have even written a letter! Every February, people in the United States celebrate the achievements and history of African Americans as part of Black History Month.  Our teacher Alexcia has taught us a lot of things about BHM in the United States, her country. She knows a lot of it because she studied it at university. Later, she prepared a quiz so we can play and check what we have learned. It was very funny and also interesting!
